Revision & Refund Policy

1. 15-Day Free Revision Window

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer unlimited free revisions for a period of 15 days after the initial delivery of your project.

• Revisions must align with the original instructions provided at the time of order.
• New instructions or changes in scope may incur additional fees.
• Revision requests are typically completed within 24-48 hours.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered under the following specific circumstances:

• Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the project after the agreed-upon deadline.
• Double Payment: If you were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error.
• Quality Issues: If the delivered work does not meet the specified academic standards, our QA team will review the dispute.

3. The Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Every request is reviewed by our independent Quality Assurance team to ensure a fair resolution for both the student and the expert.

4. Partial Refunds

In cases where a portion of the requirements was met but certain aspects were missing, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be issued based on the severity of the omission.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued if the student fails a course due to factors outside our control (e.g., poor attendance, failure in other assignments) or if the refund request is made after the 15-day window.
